  • 1 can orange juice
  • 1 c. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c. frozen strawberries, raspberries or blackberries
  • 1/4 c. Equal or other low-fat sweetener or 6 packets

Directions

    Peel and cut banana into large chunks.

    Place in a plastic bag; seal and freeze 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

    Place all ingredients in a blender.

    Blend until smooth.
