  • 3 lb. fresh strawberries, raspberries, peaches or pears
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. fine granulated sugar
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    or blender. Pour into large bowl and blend in just enough sugar to lightly sweeten.

    Chill thoroughly, then pour into 1 gallon canister
