  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 2 pt. strawberries, hulled and pureed (1 1/2 c.)
  • 3/4 c. corn syrup or 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.

    Stir in strawberries, corn syrup and egg whites.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Freeze until partially frozen, about 2 hours.
