- 1 (8 ounce) package dried mixed fruit
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 sliced lemon
- 14 cup tapioca
- sugar, to taste
Directions

1Soak fruit in water for a few minutes.

2Drain and rinse.

3Cover fruit with water, bring to a simmer.

4Add cinnamon and lemon, simmer 1 hour.

5Add tapioca and sugar tot aste, cook, stirring frequently until fruit is cooked.

6Serve warm for dessert or cold for breakfast.
