Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. pearl tapioca
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked raisins
  • 1/2 c. cooked prunes
  • 1 orange (juice only)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Cook tapioca in water until transparent.

    Mix in boiled fruit and remaining ingredients.

    Simmer over low fire for 3 or 4 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold.
