Fruit Soup (Base)

  • 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed

Directions

    Cook the tapioca, sugar and water together as directed on the box.

    Cool the tapioca base.

    Fold in thawed orange juice and thawed frozen strawberries.

    Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Fold in any fruit that is in season (grapes, melons, strawberries, pineapple or bananas).

    This is great served with brunch.
