- 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Directions

1Cook the tapioca, sugar and water together as directed on the box.

2Cool the tapioca base.

3Fold in thawed orange juice and thawed frozen strawberries.

4Refrigerate until ready to use.

5Fold in any fruit that is in season (grapes, melons, strawberries, pineapple or bananas).

6This is great served with brunch.
