- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 1 dash salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. orange sections
Directions

1In food processor, blend strawberries until smooth; pour into saucepan.

2Add water, sugar, tapioca and salt; let stand 5 minutes.

3Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat and add lemon juice.

4Chill; add orange sections just before serving.
