- 1 c. pearl tapioca
- 12 (plus) prunes, pitted and seeded
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 lemon, sliced thin and seeded
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 c. grape juice
- salt and sugar to taste
Directions

1Soak tapioca in water 3 hours.

2Drain; discard water.

3Soak prunes and raisins in water 1 hour.

4Drain; discard water.

5Cook fruit in water to cover 15 minutes.

6Add drained tapioca, lemon, cinnamon stick and 2 cups grape juice.

7Cook until tender, adding more water or grape juice as necessary.

8Add salt and sugar to taste.
