- 4 oz. dried apricots
- 1/3 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- enough pastry for 9-inch double crust
Directions

1Cook apricots until tender (about 30 minutes) . Mash or puree apricots; add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool.

2Roll pastry thin, cut 20 rounds (2 1/2-inch) with cookie cutter and 20 with a donut cutter of same size.

3Place a rounded teaspoon of filling on middle of each round.

4Moisten edge of pastry and seal donut rounds in place.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 425° oven.

6Other fillings may be used.
