  • 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 (0.9 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 6 (4 oz.) lean boneless center cut chops
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
