- 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix

- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 6 (4 oz.) lean boneless center cut chops
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
Directions

1Melt oleo in a nonstick skillet.
