  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. rum extract or vanilla
  • 1 frozen pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
  • 1 pt. strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 kiwi fruit, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
