- 1 c. evaporated milk, chilled
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. pureed fruit of choice (prunes, dates, apricots or peaches)
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Take chilled milk and put in chilled bowl to whip until thick like whipped cream.

2Then add lemon juice and salt and whip again to thicken.

3Add fruit puree and sugar to taste for sweetening. Whip briefly to mix and serve immediately.
