Fruit Whip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. evaporated milk, chilled
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. pureed fruit of choice (prunes, dates, apricots or peaches)
  • sugar to taste

Directions

    Take chilled milk and put in chilled bowl to whip until thick like whipped cream.

    Then add lemon juice and salt and whip again to thicken.
  3. 3
    Add fruit puree and sugar to taste for sweetening. Whip briefly to mix and serve immediately.
