- 1 carton Unsweetened yogurt
- 400 ml Water
- 55 grams Sugar
- 8 grams Powdered kanten
- 2 can Canned fruit
Directions

1Pour yogurt in a bowl.

2Mix with a spoon and make it smooth.

3Drain the syrup from the canned fruit.

4Add fruit to the yogurt and mix well.

5Combine water and kanten in a small pot and mix well.

6Heat in low-medium and cook until it starts to bubble to let the kanten melt completely.

7When the kanten has melted, add sugar and mix.

8Pour into the bowl from Step 1 and mix well quickly.

9(If you don't mix it quickly, it will become hard.)

10Moistened a container slightly and pour in the ingredients quickly.

11Leave to cool slightly and then chill in the refrigerator.
