  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 pkg. quick bread mix (any flavor)
  • 1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mincemeat
  • 1 lb. candied mixed fruit
  • 1 small pkg. candied cherries
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix eggs and water together. Add all other ingredients and mix by hand until moistened. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 80 to 90 minutes in 350° oven. Remove. Let set 15 minutes. Invert and remove from pan.
