- 12 lb nuts
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup jelly
- 12 cup molasses
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup apple juice
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove
Directions

1chop fruit and nuts

2sprinkle with 1 cup flour

3measure remaining dry ingredients and sift

4line a large tube pan with brown paper well greased.

5cream butter real well

6add sugar and cream til real fluffy

7add jelly or molasses

8stir in egg yolks

9add liquid alternately with flour mixture

10add the frui/nuts mixture

11beat well.

12bake in slow oven 300 degrees for 3 hours.
