Name: Fruitcake Cookies
Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter; 1 c. sugar; 3 eggs, beaten; 1 1/2 c. flour, sifted; 1/2 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 c. bourbon whiskey; 4 c. chopped pecans; 1 c. chopped dates; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 c. seedless raisins; 1 c. candied red cherries; 3 slices green pineapple, chopped

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. candied red cherries
3 slices green pineapple, chopped

Preheat oven to 300°.

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light.

Stir in beaten eggs. Sift flour, soda and cinnamon together and stir into mixture.

Blend in bourbon, chopped pecans, dates, raisins, candied cherries and pineapple. Drop batter by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 25 minutes.
