- 2 medium acorn squash
- 3/4 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 3/4 c. chopped orange
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cut each squash in half crosswise; remove and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut side down, in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray.

2Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.
