Fruited Acorn Squash

  • 2 medium acorn squash
  • 3/4 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 3/4 c. chopped orange
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cut each squash in half crosswise; remove and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut side down, in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.
