- 34 cup golden raisin
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 small pear, diced
- 13 cup apple juice
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 lbs wheel brie cheese
Directions

1Combine fruit and apple juice in large bowl and allow to marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.

2Slice brie in half horizontally.

3Place one layer of brie in baking dish and cover with half of the fruit mixture.

4Place second layer of brie on top of fruit and cover with remaining fruit mixture.

5Sprinkle with pecans.

6Bake, uncovered, in oven at 350 degrees approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

7Serve with cocktail bread, crackers, baguette, etc.
