- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves, undrained
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pear halves, undrained
- 12 maraschino cherries, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 3/4 lb. boneless fully cooked or canned ham
- 4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine fruit and pumpkin spice.

2Pour off 1/2 cup syrup. Heat oven to 350°.

3Place ham in oblong baking dish.

4Arrange sweet potatoes around ham.

5Mix brown sugar, reserved fruit syrup and dry mustard.

6Pour over ham and potatoes.

7Bake 1 hour, basting ham and potatoes every 15 minutes.

8Drain fruit and arrange across top and sides.

9Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
