  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. pitted prunes
  • 1/2 c. dried apricots
  • 1/2 c. bottled sweet spicy French dressing

    Cook pork over medium heat until brown.

    Place pineapple, prunes and apricots over pork.

    Pour salad dressing over fruit and pork.

    Heat to boiling.
