  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup honey
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14 cup egg substitute
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup cooked squash
  • 34 cup chopped cranberries
  • 34 cup raisins
  • 12 cup chopped dates

Directions

    Mix the flours, honey, baking powder, orange zest and cinnamon.

    Blend in the egg, orange juice, canola oil and cooked squash to form a batter.
