Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour seasoned
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into chunks
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 1/4 cups milk fresh
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground ginger
  • banana sliced
  • 1 5/16 cups pineapple can of, pieces, drained

Directions

    Coat the chicken in seasoned flour and melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add the chicken, onion and chilli powder and saute for 5 mins. Add remaining flour.

    Gradually add the milk stirring until the sauce thickens and is smooth.

    Add the tomato puree, ginger, banana and pineapple pieces.

    Cover the pan and simmer for 30 mins until the chicken is tender.

    Serve with rice.
