Fruity Chocolate Melts

- 9 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 4 oz raisins
- 2 oz dried apricots, diced
Directions

1Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and place in freezer for 30 mins.

2Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Drop 2 tsp-sized dollops of chocolate on one of the prepared trays. Top with 1 tsp of raisins and 1/2 tsp apricots. Place in freezer for 5 mins, until set. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Store chocolates in an airtight container in fridge until ready to serve.
