  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) fruit cocktail, well drained
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided

Directions

    Divide fruit among six dessert dishes.

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add ice cubes; stir until completely melted.

    Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping until well blended.

    Spoon over fruit.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

    Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping just before serving.

    Store leftovers in refrigerator.
