  • 1 quart Fresh Strawberries, Finely Chopped
  • 3 whole Kiwis, Finely Chopped
  • 1 whole Apple, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Tortillas
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

    Mix the strawberries, kiwis, and apples.

    Add in the cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice.

    Mix well and set aside in the fridge.

    Next step: Cut the package of tortillas into pie-shaped pieces.

    Spray each piece front and back lightly with cooking spray.

    Pour about 1/2 cup of white sugar and about 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon into a Ziploc bag.

    Shake the tortillas in this bag with the mixture until covered well.
