- 2 cups Plain Yoghurt
- 4 Tablespoons Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rose Water
- 2 drops Yellow Food Coloring
- Fresh Fruit, Diced (optional)
Directions

11) Take yoghurt and wrap it in muslin cloth or cheesecloth, place it in a sieve over a bowl and allow it to strain for 2 hours.

22) Then remove it from the cheesecloth into the sieve and press it through the sieve into a bowl 2 times.

33) Add cream, sugar, rose water, yellow food coloring and mix well.

44) Mix in the diced fruits and chill it for 1 hour and then serve.
