Fruity Yoghurt Pudding

  • 2 cups Plain Yoghurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water
  • 2 drops Yellow Food Coloring
  • Fresh Fruit, Diced (optional)

Directions

    1) Take yoghurt and wrap it in muslin cloth or cheesecloth, place it in a sieve over a bowl and allow it to strain for 2 hours.

    2) Then remove it from the cheesecloth into the sieve and press it through the sieve into a bowl 2 times.

    3) Add cream, sugar, rose water, yellow food coloring and mix well.

    4) Mix in the diced fruits and chill it for 1 hour and then serve.
