Ingredients
- 1 kg all purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 deep fryer with canola oil
Directions

1set your deep fryer with canola oil in it , to its boiling point

2add flour, milk, water and sugar together in a large bowl

3mix it all together with a wooden spoon til it get sticky

4sprinkle some flour on a flat surface , then use your hands to sponge up the dough

5roll it out flat on the floured surface until its an inch or two thick.

6depends how thick you want it to turn out.

7then cut into any shape but 5cm apart .

8put into deep dryer for 3mins on both side or to a nice golden brown colour.

9yes it will thicken up a bit.

10as long as your dough is not too thick it will cook through properly, if it doesn't , flatten your dough out more.

11them set aside for it too cool down.

12once warm , cut open and add butter or jam with it
