Frying Potatoes

  • 7 slice Russell Potatoes
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Seasoned salt
  • 2 cup Grated Colby cheese

Directions

    Wash and slices 7 potatoes about 1/4 inches

    Pour in about 1/2 to a cup of vegetable oil into frying pan, let it cook until you see many small bubbles
  3. 3
    Starts pouring in sliced potatoes.

    (My frying pan are small so I cook small amount of potatoes each times) for about at least 20 mins to 35 mins or until you see it becoming off white and soft but crispy

    Take out small potatoes at a times, put them on plate with napkins to soak out the left over oil.

    Sprinkle seasoned salt on potatoes

    Once you done with frying all potatoes, and draining oil out of potatoes, then lay them on cookie sheet, sprinkle 2 cups grated Colby cheese all over them.

    If you want more cheese, you can add more cheese.

    Serve while it's hot
