Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shell pasta
- 400 g tomatoes
- 12 green capsicum, chopped
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- salt
- pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 onions, chopped
Directions

1Heat oil in a large frypan.

2Add onions, capsicum, garlic, and saute with beef until brown.

3Add the seasonings and tomatoes.

4Cover and cook 30 minutes.

5In a large saucepan, cook pasta in rapidly boiling water until tender.

6Drain.

7Blanch broccoli and add to the frypan with pasta and mixed vegetables.

8heat through.

9Stir in cheese and simmer until cheese begins to melt.

10Serve immediately.
