Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shell pasta
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 12 green capsicum, chopped
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 12 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 250 g broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 onions, chopped

Directions

    Heat oil in a large frypan.

    Add onions, capsicum, garlic, and saute with beef until brown.

    Add the seasonings and tomatoes.

    Cover and cook 30 minutes.

    In a large saucepan, cook pasta in rapidly boiling water until tender.

    Drain.

    Blanch broccoli and add to the frypan with pasta and mixed vegetables.

    Stir in cheese and simmer until cheese begins to melt.
