- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. Karo syrup
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 pkg. small marshmallows

Directions

1Cook first 5 ingredients until it forms a soft ball in cold water.

2Do not stir after first mixing.

3When ready, remove from stove and add margarine and vanilla, then add chips and marshmallows.

4Beat until they are melted and mixture thickens. Add 1 cup nuts and spread on buttered pan.

5Cut in squares.
