  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. light Karo syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. Milnot milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Butter saucepan and combine ingredients, stirring constantly until fudge is soft ball stage.

    Add butter and let set until the bottom of the pan is warm.

    Add vanilla and beat until fudge loses its gloss.
  4. 4
    Add chopped pecans and pour into buttered pan.
