  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and butter, in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Continue to boil until ingredients reach soft ball stage (approximately 224° to 226° in Roswell). Remove saucepan from heat.

    Let ingredients stand until they reach 100°.

    Beat until fudge turns dull.

    Quickly add butter and vanilla.
  7. 7
    Then pour fudge into greased pan.
