- vegetable oil spray
- 2 tsp. acceptable vegetable oil
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
- 8 loin lamb chops
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Lightly spray a broiler pan with vegetable oil spray.

3Pour oil into a skillet over medium-high heat.

4Add garlic and saute.

5Stir in water, lemon juice and pepper.

6Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.

7Sprinkle mint over mixture and simmer about 10 minutes.

8Cover and set aside.
