  • 3 lb. sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb. corn syrup
  • 1 pt. water
  • cocoa to suit taste
  • 3/4 lb. marshmallow cream
  • nuts and vanilla to suit taste

Directions

    Mix and cook with lid on until it reaches 248° on candy thermometer.

    When cooked, add enough cocoa to suit taste.

    Also add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla to suit taste.

    Beat until thick.
