  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oleo
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt oleo.

    Mix sugar and milk in a large saucepan.

    Add oleo. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil for 5 minutes or until 234° on the candy thermometer, stirring constantly, to keep from scorching.

    Remove from heat, stir in chips

    until melted, then add Marshmallow Creme.

    Add nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.

    Cool.
