- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 3 pkg. (6 oz. each) chocolate chips
- 1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 or 8 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla (1 oz. bottle)
Directions

1Use a large heavy stew pot, combine sugar and milk; mix well, using medium heat, bring mixture to a full rolling boil (continue to boil 11 to 12 minutes).

2Do not stir.

3Occasionally scrape down crystals that form on side of pan.

4While sugar and milk mixture is boiling, combine chocolate chips, Marshmallow Creme and vanilla in medium size bowl.

5When mixture has boiled 11 or 12 minutes, turn off heat; add softened butter, chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme.

6Stir until chips are dissolved.

7Beat with electric mixer until medium thick.

8Pour into greased cooking sheet, or cake pan (size about 11 x 17 x 4-inch deep).

9Makes about 5 pounds.
