- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips, add milk, stirring constantly until milk and chocolate blends.

2Remove from heat, add vanilla and chopped nuts.

3Line 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish with waxed paper.

4Pour fudge into dish and place in refrigerator until firm.

5Then cut into squares.
