- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients; cook over medium gas flame, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

2Continue cooking without stirring until small amount forms a soft ball in cold water (234°).

3Turn off flame.

4Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

5Cool without stirring.

6When cool, beat until creamy.

7Stir in nuts.

8Pour in pan and cut into squares.
