- 2/3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Directions

1Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs well in mixing bowl.

2Add sugar gradually, beating well. Mix in corn oil.

3Melt chocolate; add chocolate and vanilla to egg mixture.

4Stir in sifted dry ingredients and nuts, mixing well. Turn into greased 8-inch cake pan.

5Bake in 350° oven for about 35 minutes or until brownies test done.

6Cut into squares while warm. Yields 16 brownies.
