  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla, butterscotch or strawberry ice crem
  • 1 jar fudge, caramel or strawberry ice cream topping

Directions

    Place the first 5 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    Crumble with pancake turner as baking.

    Take half of the crumbs out and reserve.
  5. 5
    Cover with vanilla ice cream. Top with fudge ice cream topping.

    Sprinkle with other half of crumbs and freeze.
