Fudge Frosting

   Mix the powdered sugar and the cocoa powder.

   Melt the butter and cream cheese together.

   Add this gooey, melty mixture to the powder and immediately beat it with a hand mixer until the mixture forms little roundballs.

   Add the vanilla.

   Little by little, add the water and mix on high speed until the mixture thins out enough to POUR and becomes smooth.

   Pour/spread over your desired object of frostedness and let it chill for a few minutes.
