Fudge Ice Cream Cake

   Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

   Beat about 4 to 5 minutes until smooth.

   Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.

   Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until it tests done.

   Cool according to directions on back of cake mix box.
