  • 4 tablespoons butter or vegan margarine
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 123 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 drops vanilla extract

Directions

    Heat the butter or vegan margarine and water in a saucepan until melted.

    Remove from the heat and sift in the confectioners sugar while beating.

    Beat in the vanilla.

    The icing will thicken up as it cools.

    Once frosted it will develop a lovely crust.
