- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener or equivalent amount of Sweet 'N Low
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine milk and cocoa in top of double boiler; blend, then add sweetener and salt.

2Heat to boiling point, then add vanilla.

3Pour this mixture over the cracker crumbs and mix; shape into two rolls. Roll in small amount of the graham cracker crumbs, reserved from original 3 cups or roll in flaked coconut.

4Chill two hours or overnight, then slice into 1/4-inch slices.

5Nuts and coconut can be added to fudge for variety.
