Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk, sugar, salt and margarine.

2Dissolve yeast.

3Add yeast, eggs, and 2 3/4 cups flour; beat with spoon.

4Add flour, a little bit a a time.

5Turn onto lightly floured board and let rest 10 minutes.

6Knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Roll into ball.

7Put in greased bowl and cover.

8Let rise 1 1/2 hours.

9Punch down and let rise again.

10Turn onto board and shape into loaves.

11Let rise.

12Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
