  • 12 oz. creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, cooked slightly

    Mix 1/2 the cheese and all the other ingredients together. Put remaining cheese on top of batter and bake for 1 hour at 350°. You should use an iron skillet for this recipe.
