Fudge Stripe Cookie Salad

  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 packages (3.4 Oz. Size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 20 ounces, weight Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 11 ounces, weight Mandarin Oranges, drained
  • 1 tub (12 Oz. Size) Whip Topping
  • 1 package (about 11.5 Oz. Size) Fudge Stripe Cookies

Directions

    Combine the buttermilk and the instant pudding. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in the fruit and Cool Whip. Crumble the fudge cookies (use as much of the package or as little, to your preference). Fold in the cookies. Careful not to over-mix the salad.
