Fudgey Mocha Nut Pie

  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. powdered instant coffee
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch crust

Directions

    Melt butter over low heat; add cocoa and stir until smooth. Stir in condensed milk, water, eggs, coffee and chocolate chips and whisk until blended.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into shell and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set.

    Cool.

    Garnish with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
