Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast (or 1 Tbsp. yeast)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil (plus oil in a saucer for kneading)
- 3 medium-sized cooked potatoes
Directions

1Mix mashed potatoes and oil together.

2Add yeast (mixed with warm water).

3Add water as needed to make a nice soft dough.

4Knead with knuckles dipped in oil.

5Cover and let rise about one hour. Put dough in greased pan and let rise again about one hour.

6Make finger holes on top of bread and spread oil over the top just to coat.

7Place in a hot (350°) oven.

8Cooks in one hour.

9Bread must be well browned.
