Funnel Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions

    Mix sour cream and milk.

    Stir into beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients into eggs and milk mixture.

    Drop into skillet full of hot oil (375°) about 3 tablespoons at a time from funnel.

    Fry until golden brown on one side. Turn and fry on the other side for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from oil.

    Drain. Shake powdered sugar over cakes before eating.
