- 2 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1Mix sour cream and milk.

2Stir into beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients into eggs and milk mixture.

3Drop into skillet full of hot oil (375°) about 3 tablespoons at a time from funnel.

4Fry until golden brown on one side. Turn and fry on the other side for 1 or 2 minutes. Remove from oil.

5Drain. Shake powdered sugar over cakes before eating.
